Orders and Prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and may change without prior notice. Your order is confirmed after reviewing product availability and delivery details.

Product Availability

Some colors, sizes, or variants may sell out. If your selected option is unavailable, we will contact you with the available alternatives.

Shipping

Delivery time and shipping cost depend on your governorate, address, and product availability.

The shipping cost will be confirmed during checkout or before the order is dispatched.

For orders outside Cairo and Giza, the shipping cost must be paid in advance before shipping the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to reviewing the product condition, packaging, and order details.

Cash refunds are not available. Return requests are handled by exchanging the product with another suitable product, subject to availability.

The product must be in its original condition and must not have been misused, damaged, or affected after delivery.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, including collecting the product and sending the replacement product.

Warranty

All products include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect assembly, breakage, or damage caused after delivery.

Maintenance service is available inside Cairo and Giza only.

For other governorates, if a defect is covered by the warranty, the damaged parts or suitable spare parts will be shipped after reviewing the product case.
